'He's safe now': Bat-eared stray kitten survives burnt toe beans and "melted" whiskers after a heatwave by selecting the neighborhood home with the best AC

It's too hot for kitties to be trapped outside! This kitten knew where to find a good AC unit, however, and despite his burnt toe beans and his crispy, melted whiskers, he found the courage and the strength to meow his way into rescue. His calls were answered by a cat lover at home who noticed the baby kitten shaking and skinny on his hot deck. 

But this heatwave wouldn't stop the inferno of love this kitten had in his heart, because he was determined to survive and thrive, basking in the cool breeze of a window AC unit and gazing at the shimmering glow of the oasis on the horizon.

  • Cats are durable little creatures. 

    Able to withstand many of the pressures and the dangers of the outside world, oftentimes, stray cats can live a pretty decent life on the streets without a hooman hand to help them. However, when the thermometers are bursting and the ground sizzles hot enough to cook an egg, someone's gotta step up and save all the stray felines out there! Lucky for this bat-eared kitty, they knocked on the right neighbor's door for assistance.
